Nic told IronMind, “[I am] a 42 year old resident of Glendale, Arizona. Father of one 14 year old boy and husband to my loving wife of 24 years.
“Besides grip and weight training, most of my time is spent with my family, including my 5 year old dog Sparky (breed-Portuguese Podengo).
“I was a correctional officer for 15 years and had quite an exciting career. I decided it was time for a career change in 2021, and currently work in healthcare for a major medical organization and absolutely love my job.
“I also love to collect retro memorabilia, mostly from the 80's and 90's.
“I began grip training a little over a year ago after my neighbor brought a hand dynamometer over and I maxed it out. Having never thought about grip training, I was surprised to see this result and figured I would look further into it and fell in love with grip training.
“As a devout Christian, I give all glory to God for all my success and am truly thankful for this opportunity,” said Nic.
