Zach Mullins said he “discovered grip training a few years ago and became obsessed,” and marking his progress, Zach was just certified on the Crushed-To-Dust! Challenge, proving his superior all-around grip strength.
Zach is 32, stands 6’ 2’ tall and weighs 215 lb. He, “Grew up as a multi-sport athlete playing baseball, basketball, and football. Moved on to fighting MMA and training/coaching martial arts for the last 14 years. [My] other interests include hunting and fishing,” he told IronMind.
“My future goals include lifting my 209-lb. Thomas Inch Dumbbell, lifting Blobzilla (York 130 Legacy Blob), plate pinching 2 x 55-lb. plates,” Zach said. Based on his performance on the Crush-To-Dust! Challenge, sailing through the three events, Zach Mullins has a rich future in grip strength.
