Weller Injury....

When Ronny Weller came out for his second clean and jerk (242.5 kg) at the European Weightlifting Championships, he was expected to make a fairly routine lift.
He cleaned the weight without any problems, but he collapsed on the jerk, and everyone feared he might have been seriously injured. Weller did not come out for his third attempt, but to everyone's relief, attended the banquet, under his own power, later that night. German team physician Dr. Bernd Doerr said that while he thought the injury was not serious, Ronny would still be given an MRI and full examination when he returned to Germany.
