Come to Cotati, California for a guaranteed good time this Saturday as La Plaza park becomes home to an outdoor weightlifting contest featuring “sunshine, dogs, hay bales, beer, BBQ and a lot of PRs,” said Freddie Myles.

Freddie and Niki Myles, owners of Myles Ahead Fitness, put on this fun-in-the-sun Northern California weightlifting contest, and the fourth edition is a perfect prequel to your 4th of July celebration.
