Yesterday, powerful Michael Sidonio strolled 51 meters with 160 kg in each hand, for a new Australian record. Sidonio, who performed at a Highland Games in Sydney, also shouldered a 165-kg round stone, and "lifted off the ground and carried a 170-kg Husafel stone around a 60 meter square course. Sidonio, a leading Australian strongman, will be attempting to break his own Australian stone lifting record on September 20, in Canberra, as part of a fund raiser for The National Brain Injury Foundation.
