Empty Tanks and Full Smiles

If you've ever done Super Squats—and done them right, then you know that you have absolutely nothing left after the set. You collapse under the bar, your body a quivering mass, no strength, no coordination, no ability to form a cogent sentence, I mean nothing left. Then again, reflecting on the timeless words of Scott's fabled knight, perhaps one thing doth remain!
