Pleasanton–After the first day of competition, Dan McKim leads in the professional class of  heavy events competition at the 147th Highland Games & Gathering presented by the Caledonian Club of San Francisco.

McKim finished the day 8 points ahead of Sebastian Wenta and 12-1/2 ahead of Matt Vincent.  The action continues tomorrow and for updates from the field, follow IronMind on Twitter.
