Einstein contributed some nifty discoveries to the scientific world:  The only universal constant is the speed of light; space is a four-dimensional fabric that can fold and stretch; and the tiniest thing known to man holds immeasurable power. 

But perhaps the good professor's greatest legacy is to the world of strength by reminding us that just because something can be done, doesn't mean that it should be done.
